FIVE HOURS

This training stresses using as large a team as possible, as efficiently as
possible, to get the most from limited resources. We warn against losing focus
on desired and measurable outcomes – individual, group, and community.
Practices and attitudes that lead to burnout are explored, as well as, having
realistic goals, given the consumers’ functioning level, culture, managed
care, staffing, etc.
